Next Year, (foo fighters cover) audio
Next Year, audio God bless Dave Grohl, this song is sinfully easy and beautiful. It begs the question, who knows how to play Louie Louie? Freakin’ genius.
When I Come Around, (green day cover) audio
When I Come Around, audio Somehow I am amused about the band Green Day. Coming from the Oakland punk scene and being accused of selling out, now they have faded back into relative unpopularity. I love four chord punk tunes because I can actually play them. It seems to me that , as a friend said to me, “It’s all SHOWBIZ BABY!!”
Barton Hollow, (civil wars cover)
Barton Hollow, audio Okay, I am told that I preface bad experiences for some reason. So I guess this is a warning to all, that, here is my mammoth attempt at the Barton Hollow tune by the Civil Wars. Ever hear a cat die? I suppose it sounds something like this.
Kielbasa, (tenacious d cover) audio
Kielbasa, audio Now I have gone and done it, a Tenacious D song. I have officially lost my moral compass and my life is out of control. I am powerless over the D and my life has become unfathomable.
Just Like Heaven, (cure cover) audio
Just Like Heaven (audio) It was inevitable that I cover this song. I have met my destiny, Lord Vader.
