Sour Girl (cover)

Sour Girl… I got the “srew-its” during the recording of this. It seems to me that it is written from the point of view of a famous person getting followed about by fans. With the refrain, “What Would YOU DO If I Followed YOU?!” I think it is important to note that the fellow who killed John Lennon was so deluded that he believed he was killing an image, a flat album cover. Our entertainers are human, ya Know? Should be treated []

Since You’re Gone ( the pretty reckless cover)

Since You’re Gone. When I first went to listen to the song. I thought a young group was covering an old song by the Cars. I was happy to hear otherwise. Even though Β it seems the group was created by the music industry, I still dig a grunge/punk type song being popular. So here is my take on the tune. Thank for asking! Next in Group?

Honky Tonk Women (cover)

Honky Tonk Women. I suppose living in the mid-west of the United States, that I should do my redneck best to qualify the hill-jack portion of Rock N Roll. Hope you enjoy this simple Stones song. πŸ™‚

Don’t Let Me Down (cover)

Don’t Let Me Down! Sitting around in mind-numbing boredom, doing covers. When the going gets weird, the weird go pro and teach your kids in college at exorbitant prices. Sour spiritual food for thought. Be sure to count the calories. Type them into the phone. And Siri screams, “Goddamnit QUIT TOUCHING ME!!” Yeah, she told me she has a headache. Can’t get no respect, but more than Rodney Dangerfield.
