This is one of my favorite songs written by the Who. Perhaps one of their last hurrahs before Keith Moon died. It is rumored that the tune is about Daltry getting drunk and running into the upstart punk rock fellow named Johnny Rotten, to whom Roger asked, “Who the fuck are you?”
