Amazing. How long on average does a painting take you?

Hey, thank for asking! These are all small, no more than 8 inches x 10 inches, so with not too much area to cover, I can crank them out.. Each one takes no longer than 3 hours… I often lose track of time when painting, because I most likely use a different side of my mind, just sight/hands… Only questions of what is that color, what is that shade, what is that space, what are these visual relations…. I think also that 3 hour period, was the length of each studio class when I was getting my B.F.A We would spend 6 hours a day in the studio, and one hour in art history… This went on for 5 years (for me)
