All the Almosts, Might Have Beens.
So Intense, Deified Objectified,
makes me smile, before I cry,
breakdown in my room.
Your love came to soon,
now way past bloom.
What move to make, play for show?
Trash It!
Sped up, sex with the crowd..
Who goes home after the gig?
and looks at the hotel room?
Just me,
the bed, and the sheets
to drug down.
Lost Mind. Lost time.
All the Almosts,
All the Might Have Beens,
So Close to Fame,
so many Friends Degrees of,
Could have Been,
but DIDN’T!

Wonderful to hear from Ya! Life is still well and good. Hope yours is blissful. See? You knew , that it was all about the music. I have this little book, that I try to write in everyday now. I call it the ‘Daily Rhyme Book’. I just rhyme nonsensically as long as I can.. So later, I may try to make sense out of it.. For song lyrics.. Using consonance assonance alliteration and rhyme.. It is an exercise that Jesse recommended.. So this came out of that, in a coherent stream about a week ago.. Have a good day ahead!

Ted what a great idea. Words are never wasted, and can be used later in so many ways. This is a rather wonderful poem, and yes, I believed I was on the right track. 😉 Delighted to read that life is well and good. Wishing you a marvelous Wednesday. Take good care. ~ Mia
