  1. Ok, what’s going on? You are on fire! I love this one too. The hair is radiant. Just the right shade to accompany the auburns in the wall. It pops. There are not too many artists that can get feet, legs, hips, buttocks, and the waist all in proportion. You’re spot on!

    • Hey Thank! I dropped by your site to see what you are up to, hoping that life is treating you better, and if it isn’t , that you are weathering the storm well. The thing with the hair, is I knew that it had to vibrate, to balance the image out, and to draw attention where I wanted it. 🙂

      • It is what it is. I’m learning to cope in different way. My sister wanted me to delete and get rid of my blog. I refused. It’s because of people like you that I do it. There is no judgement or negativity. I love looking at art and noticing small things. I loved Florida and would have stayed forever if Naples wasn’t so expensive. lol My finger nails actually started growing because I was getting so much Vitamin D! I cooked on a grill for myself for the first time. (ok I set the smoke alarm in the house off but other than that it was good) I could wake up, open the glass doors, and roll myself into the pool. The good life. Things will get better. My dad mentioned painting the other day!!! He’s trying to find his old paints which I don’t think are safe to use anymore but what do I know? I hope he does I think it would calm him down. The only problem is he’s developed tremors in his hands. With painting I don’t think it would matter as much as long as he isn’t doing too much fine detail. I still think he should try. He was saying his old paints were worth money. I think they’re toxic. lol

      • Most oil paints new or old are rather toxic. One way he could play with color, if he is game, so that the whole tremor thing is taken out of the equation is to use color paper, and cut out shapes with scissors. That is what Matisse did when his hands were shot. That is so cool of him to want to do it again. He will pick up where he left off. Yeah, definitely keep doing the blog. It is a space where you can vent with no repercussion, get support, and also inform and help others about the pitfalls of living with illness. I never really liked the deep South. I am so much an Indiana Boy. Sounds fun though that you used to just wake up and land in a swimming pool.
