Artist- Ted Giffin - Musician 
There won’t be any release of material from him unless it’s approved. Even then, it would have to be top quality, because Prince wouldn’t want anything but the best released. The same thing with MJ, but his music was released and that album of half finished songs that came out was not up to his standards were he still alive. But that’s what, the record label trying to make money off a dead artist. Morrissey said as much in the final Smiths album with the song Paint a Vulgar Picture. Point of view from a fan and the label.

Yeah, I got in trouble with his labels before he died. I did a version of Raspberry Beret without getting the licensing to do it. So, I got an email from his label thru Soundcloud, and the song was taken down. I had 1000 listens really quick. So it was taken down, I realized his fans were starved. I have to listen tho the Smiths song now. Thank for clue!
