Yeah, Gatsby. I watched the version from 1974 today. I do not know if Gatsby was hopeful, or completely out his mind. Like, hey, reality here man, she has a child from her Marriage.
I hated the book and the two films were even worse. Cannot understand why it is such a highly revered novel. I do, however like this image. It is so calm and soothing compared to you recent psychedelic output. Not that I didn’t like many of those, I hasten to add!
Actually it is refreshing to hear your opinion of the Great Gatbsy. Yeah, a lot of the stuff that I have been doing has that high output color usage. So retreating to almost complete monochrome is a breath of fresh air.
