I have yet to look at my email. I have been drawing , etc for probably 9 hours straight. Haven’t stopped to eat or even smoke.. I will take look here in a few. ..

I just ate..It was yummy! The smoking thing, honestly , I am not ready to do the mental/spiritual work that escaping smoking requires. The physical addiction to nicotine, I can sit thru the withdrawal. It’s all the other stuff I trip out on.. With hope, someday I will ‘get there’. 🙂

My brother is in the same situation. He is bi-polar so stopping drinking was a major achievement. He went hard backwards when he tried to cut the ciggies. Better that he kept smoking. Glad you ate! 😊
