I have not been thru shock therapy. Though, I have endured more than 20 years of the chemical lobotomy of psych drugs. Which I still take, and make art and music despite the effect of the substances. In spite of ..you understand. My frontal lobe is quite naturally toast from the get go. Stick a fork in it…I believe it is done.
