It was one of the oldest trees in the city. The city council decided that it should go because it might hurt the humans in the city park. The tree was fine and healthy. The purpose of the shoot was really to get the tree stump. Which has not also been removed. I have more from the series, but I need to spend more time with some of the concepts that the man in the image and I did, at that time.
