thank. I spent all day walking all over town, taking shots, trying to find a rhythm of process
and continuity in imagery. Around sunset, the lighting was good. A friend and I headed out.
This is a portion of what I accomplished. There is something primal about god and death.
Makes me think of cave paintings which were about hunting, killing, sex, and death (the Lascaux cave paintings.)
Of course there were eons of images of the venus of Willendorf (goddess figures).

It is indeed a fascinating subject matter and combines beauty with a sort of macabre sensuality. I really enjoy these pictures.
