1. how come there are no people in the streets?

   • Well, I wanted to get the feeling of a painting that for the life of me I cannot
     recall the Artist or title of the piece. The ghostly feel of perhaps some sort
     of “Twilight Zone” episode after an explosion of a neutron bomb which incinerates
     humans, but not buildings. Also, in the summer in this city, there is a small population
     due to less enrollment in the University. I would say it is more the later of the two
     explanations.

     • I see 🙂 this makes me think of a movie “Stalker”(1979).. people there are going in the “Zone”, which is said to fulfil one’s most secret wishes and desires… there are no people there…

       ah, well, the universit thing makes sense 🙂
