But I think it worth noting that the law of conservation of energy was established in the 19th century (well before Einstein). Einstein generalized the conservation of energy (inclusion of mass-energy conservation, energy-momentum).

It was not obvious to me, and I am grateful that you pointed that out.
I am not scientific at all.
Somehow the idea brings forth in my mind that “I” will never die to an extent
that my body, my composition will change. A strange form of immortality.
