Indeed. It seems so simple, and I would be surprised if everyone didn’t know this simple truth! And yet there is still so much hate in the world …

It can be so easy to succumb to hate. Hurt people hurt other people who in turn do the same,
it becomes monstrous. The method I find to heal this in the world is forgiveness. If I am
hateful, I ask myself, what is my part in it? Why? Then go to forgiveness of myself and others.
It is so easy to say. But when I have been so hurt, emotionally or physically, it snowballs.
Yet even those, who are doing evil, seem thoroughly evil, really somewhere in them is the kid in them,
that wants love, even if their crimes seem insurmountable.
