Under siege, yikes! The title is something my dad told me. He went to Times Square, and saw these kids being bored. Dad, in mid-western fashion, thought, “Man, if you are gonna be bored, HERE, you would be bored anywhere!” He would tell me that story, if I felt bored in Indiana. He was like, if you are gonna bored, you would be bored even in NYC. Get it?
