It is totally Japanese children’s TV show from the 1970s. It was hugely popular in Australia, even though it is badly dubbed into English.

I think it was an anomaly that it was so huge in Australia. The dubbing was done by famous U.K. actors but it wasn’t nearly as big over there as here. I have the whole series on DVD. It is very funny but also teaches a lot of cool Buddhist philosophy.

I know that if you know Zen,
you probably do not need language to communicate it.
I could go on and on…Just the way humans eyes and brains function,
proves to me that sight is an illusion..
It would be a trip if I could perceive the world as a honey bee would.
