  1. I don’t remember seeing this one. You are one of a few artists that can really capture the female form. It surprises me how many can’t. I’m binge watching Ink Master and the tattoos will look pretty good to me until they get in close and I can see the hair, hands, and proportions aren’t right. If you tattooed you would definitely take the win for that category!

    • Hey, thank for dropping by. Hope all is well with you… The whole thing with tattoos , you cannot afford to goof up at all. I have no problem with folks who have a tattoo. But as far as myself, even if Michelangelo was my tattoo artist, I still would not want an image permanently on my body.. There is no art good enough to put on my skin. So glad that you enjoy the nudes, I am obsessed with the form. Though if I were in the 17th Century Italy, the Mannerists would laugh an reject me. That art movement followed the high renaissance. They adopted the colors, but had no form at all, no idea of the underlying bone and muscle structure. So you would see an amorphous arm like it was jelly. Beautiful still, but as I said the Mannerists would get a good chuckle out of me.

      • I have a few tattoos and I wish I had been smarter about them. Alcohol and tattoos never mix. I’m fascinated with the artists where you can’t tell if it’s a painting or a tattoo. Specifically animals. Photo realism is a favorite. They all fail when it comes to what you do. lol

      • What a great compliment! Had me thinking while I drew tonight, what style description would my work get? I could toss in bunches..The whole idea of realism , super realism, versus Fauve or Post Modern..Cool!
