I woke up today at 8pm.
An hour later I received the news that my good friend
and neighbor across the hall had died.
One of the great qualities he had was the ability
to make people laugh even at the worst of times.
I think that he would agree with the following Albert Einstein quote.

So really, he is not gone.
He really enjoyed songs by John Mellencamp and told me tales
of his relations with him, which included fun stories of Tom Petty.
So here is the song I did for Greg.
Free Fallin’ (tom petty cover)
And finally here is the sketch of the man who taught me so much about life.

My condolences on the loss of your friend Ted. It is a wonderfully sensitive portrait you’ve posted of him. I hope it was not too great a shock to you and his family. Best wishes, Kate

Thank you. I posted the web page for his family on the funeral site. It somewhat surprised me. I had a good cry over it. I am in a way, happy that his suffering is over. He was in terrible physical pain.

Ted, thank you so much for the memorial for Greg, it is beautiful. Also thank you for being the friend you were for him, he talked of you often. I would like to talk to you sometime when you feel like it. His sister Elaine
