See? I have no idea what the phrase means in the context of the song.
My guess could mean that the antagonist character has ‘blood in his eyes’
for a courtesan, (prostitute). The reference being about blood flow
within a male’s anatomy.
Could mean, that the fellow is really intense, just loves the female in the tune.
I dunno. What do you think?
